About the Role

As an administrator in the service center, you will work with many varied tasks. Your job is to ensure that the office's service delivery operates smoothly and efficiently and that all orders/error reports are directed correctly.

The assignment is conducted within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your area of responsibility, you are expected to assist in other areas of the assignment. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and willing to take responsibility for the entire office operation and who appreciates a varied work environment.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing/monitoring the client's case management system
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Handling office purchases from ISS suppliers
• Managing other administrative tasks

The position is full-time and a permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have a high school education as well as good IT skills and familiarity with systems. A requirement is that you have previous experience in similar work.
